 Involved in the preparation of Mechanical D.B.R ( Design Brief Report )for HVAC,Firefighting and Plumbing.
 Performing Mechanical Calculations for the HVAC System using HAP Software arriving at the total cooling load ,selections of the type of system ,equipment selections ,preparation of HVAC drawings,co-ordination with structural department for location ,concrete foundation for the machines ,shaftsizing etc…
 Co-ordination with the suppliers for the equipment selections and sizes.
 Co-ordination with the architectural department for the Design and Drawings of the HVAC system.
 Performing Firefignting calculations for Fire Water pump ,pump sizing, Clean agent system calculations, Fire tank reserve calculations ,sprinkler pipe sizing,etc…

 TASK-08:- Project Design Cost: 4.6 Million SAR
Worked for the development of Ras al Khair Industrial City infrastructure 10.5 Hectares, which includes Living Quarters for Security Staff of MOI & ISS Apartments, kitchen & Dining Hall, recreation center and Mosque.
 TASK-01/ 03 /13:- Project Design Cost: 1.65 Million SAR Each
These Tasks is to prepare a complete engineering, procurement & construction bid package for contract 099-CO2 EPC of primary electrical including project technical specifications/ scope of works for 380 /115/33 Kv substation & 380 Kv overhead lines portions as required by SEC.The projects consists of the design of HVAC systems for Electrical substations, Switch Gear building & Telecommunication building.
 Task-06:- The project involved the expansion of R.C Data Center at Headquartered Building of R.C Jubail including the expansion of the basement car parking to the office areas the Mechanical scope included the designing of the Generator room for ventilation, Fuel Tank sizing including the pump sizing calculations, chillers designs including the chilled water pumps.
 Task-15:- Involved in the infrastructure project at Ras Al Khair which included the designing of Potable water system, Fire Water system, Irrigation system & HVAC system
 Task-08 (Mutrafia Villas):- The contract included the designing of the Two Hundred and Twenty One Residential villas at Mutrafiah District, the mechanical scope included Fire protection system, plumbing system and HVAC System.
 Maserati Show Room (Ferrari): - The project involved the designing of the HVAC System for the proposed Show room, Workshop Facility for the Maserati show at Al-khobar & Riyadh.
 MOI-Transtel: - The project involved the designing of the Mechanical System for Telecom and UPS Room covering Twenty one sites from Riyadh to Dammam, my scope included the Designing of the HVAC System and Fire Fighting system for the same.

3. From April – 2011 to till December-2012

 Checking and certification of bills and invoices from contractors.
 Support the Project Manager in all project activities including sequencing and scheduling.

Worked as a Mechanical Engineer, my responsibilities are listed below.

 Designing OF Mechanical system which includes preparation of the shop drawings as per the specifications of the consultants and getting the approval for the shop drawings from consultants.
 Installation of HVAC equipment’s including ducting and piping, Commissioning of all HVAC Equipments related mechanical works, Maintenance of HVAC equipment, preparation of specifications and variation statements, B.O.Q, Cost estimation, Price Analysis and Materials Procurement through the E.R.P'S.
 Studying project specifications & develop shop drawings duely incorporating the specifications in design drawings and fulfilling International codes, ASHRAE, DEWA, NFPA and Civil defence requirement.
 Review the Equipment schedules & check all the capacities of the equipment provided by the consultant & submit to the supervision consultant for the approval of the material.
 Raising RFI’s for any design discrepancies and Request for PMI’s after the clarification of the same.
 Coordinating with the Project Management consultant, Main contractor for design clarification and modifications during the preparation of shop drawings.
 Assist the builders work team to provide builders work design for MEP services based on structural & architectural drawings.
 Review and evaluate technical submittals, shop drawings according to required project standards prior to the submission to consultant
